Personal Assistant (PA)Location: Cape Town
A well-established organisation is seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive executive support to a senior leader. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, and can manage multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive diary and calendar management.
- Coordinate meetings, travel arrangements and itineraries.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and meeting packs.
- Screen calls, emails and other communications.
- Take minutes and follow up on action items.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.
- Assist with project coordination and general administrative support.
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the executive's office.
Minimum Requirements- Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Office Management or a related field will be advantageous.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or in a similar executive support role.
- Exceptional organisational, planning and time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently, prioritise competing deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
- Professional, proactive and service-oriented approach.
