About the position
We are looking for a Leasing Officer / Administrator to manage and oversee leasing processes across a national property portfolio. The role includes lease administration, financial tracking, reporting, stakeholder management, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
RequirementsKey Responsibilities:
- Oversee, compile, and track leases, including billing, forecasts, and budgets.
- Ensure lease information is accurate, processed, and maintained on company systems.
- Handle tenant documentation (leases, renewals, FICA, credit requirements, etc.).
- Manage general administration, filing (physical & electronic), and reporting.
- Maintain strong relationships with tenants, suppliers, and stakeholders.
- Support compliance with leasing processes, documentation standards, and policies.
- Assist with acquisitions, due diligence, and property-related projects.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in leasing or property administration.
- Strong admin, financial, and reporting skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of MDA or B# systems advantageous.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and manage priorities.
- Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
