E-Commerce Picker/ Packer at Consol Glass

About the position

Purpose of the Role:
To pick stock for placed from Ecommerce orders and pack accurately with finesse and ensure all shipments are prepared, staged and located in the correct area with the correct documentation for dispatching. Back up for E-Commerce Administrator.

Key Performance Areas

• Accurate picking of all Ecommerce orders
• Pack order according to pack spec and wrap all items neatly to be aesthetically pleasing
• All shipments to be staged in the correct area
• All shipments to have correct documentation attached
• Comply with company policy on health and safety regulation at all times
• Ensure correct labelling/barcodes on all products
• Report low stock levels timeously for the warehouse and the shop
• Report damages timeously
• Participate in stock takes
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping

Requirements

Qualifications :

• Matric with maths or equivalent

Experience :

• 2-3 Years warehouse experience
• Must be able to work on Weekends and public holidays
• Forklift experience preferable

Competencies :

• Attention to Detail
• Proven communication skills both Written and Verbal (English)
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a solid team environment
• Time Management
• Computer literacy proficient in Microsoft Office
