Are you an assertive, highly experienced technical leader looking for your next challenge? A leading manufacturing company is seeking a strong Workshop Supervisor to oversee daily workshop operations, lead maintenance teams, and ensure maximum operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct daily activities within the mechanical and electrical workshop.
  
  
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of artisans and technicians, maintaining high standards of discipline and productivity.
  
  
• Enforce strict compliance with safety guidelines, quality standards, and operating protocols.
  
  
• Coordinate preventative maintenance schedules, breakdown repairs, and equipment overhauls.
  
  
• Diagnose complex mechanical or electrical machinery faults to minimize downtime.
  
  
• Drive continuous operational improvements and maintain clear accountability across the team.
  
  

Requirements

• Trade Test: Qualified Fitter OR Electrician (Red Seal / Recognized Trade Test is mandatory).
  
  
• Experience: Minimum of 20 years hands-on technical experience in workshop environments.
  
  
• Strong, authoritative leadership skills — able to stand firm, manage team dynamics effectively, and maintain a high standard of accountability.
  
  
• Industry Experience: Previous experience within the concrete manufacturing or processing industry is highly beneficial.
  
  
• Proven track record in maintenance management, equipment troubleshooting, and team leadership.
