About the position
WORKSHOP SUPERVISOR
Overview: To manageand supervisethe assembly of electronic and security products.
Duties:
Ensure that all workshop activities meet established quality standards and that products comply with required specifications.
Manage and implement product assembly and testing processes to achieve operational goals.
Maintain sufficient stock levels within the workshop.
Oversee and manage workshop inventory.
Supervise the assembly team to ensure productivity and efficiency.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements:
Matric certificate required
Relevant qualifications will be an advantage
Knowledge and experience with security and access control products
Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role
Experience working with electronics
Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
Remuneration:
