About the position

An innovative automotive group providing cutting-edge digital sales experiences is seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to lead their service operations. As Workshop Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of workshop operations, from team supervision to profitability management. You'll be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining quality standards, and driving positive customer outcomes while managing the complete vehicle reconditioning and service process.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience:

• Minimum 5 years as a Workshop Manager
• Corporate dealership and volume brand experience
• Proven track record of achieving targets and delivering departmental profitability

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise technicians, mechanics, service advisors and manage supplier relationships
• Drive positive profit margins for service and repairs
• Manage production schedules, quality control and customer interactions
• Oversee parts management and inventory control
• Ensure efficient vehicle receiving, reconditioning and showroom preparation
• Handle customer complaints and maintain strong relationships
