Small Tool and Plant hire Company based in Kempton Park looking for a competent individual to take control of a high pressured, demanding environment. Must be a team leader with authority to implement and adjust policies and processes to suit the company dynamic. Must be strong in character with excellent work ethic, under pressure. Needs to be experienced with a proven track record in rammers, diesel engines, 2 stroke and 4 stroke. Must be able to teach, train and motivate.
