About the position

Workshop Administrator 
Our client based in Durban North is seeking a highly organized and experienced Workshop Administrator to join their team.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Workshop Administrator (essential)
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Matric (Grade 12) is required
  • Candidates residing in or near Verulam, Phoenix, or Umhlanga will be highly advantageous

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing of job cards and managing general workshop administrative activities
  • Liaising with OEM suppliers for parts procurement and quotations
  • Managing and monitoring fleet maintenance schedules
  • Maintaining accurate records and ensuring smooth workshop operations

Key Skills & Attributes:
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
