About the position
Workshop Administrator
Area: Honeydew, Roodepoort
Package: R16000 negotiable plus benefits, 13th cheque and performance bonus
Overview: To manage the electrical and electronic equipment movement, stock and all required paperwork.
Duties:
- Handling and allocation of SIM Cards,
- Manage stock holding of warehouse and repairs
- Stock rollout planning
- Stock movement
- Supplier repairs
- Liaison with supervisor regarding stock ordering
- Stock counts
- Training schedule and evaluation
- Liaise with all departments regarding stock levels and deadlines
- Collection and delivery of equipment when required.
- Manage driver and delivery & collection schedule
Requirements:
- Matric
- 3 years' relevant experience
- MS Office with excellent Excel skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communications skills (English and Afrikaans)
- Credit & criminal clear
