Duties & Responsibilities

DAILY DUTIES AND TASKS (NOT LIMITED TO)

• Routine maintenance tasks in Mintek's bioleach culture labs

• Responsible for basic equipment and reactor component maintenance

• Assistance with routine tasks on commercial and research projects

• Sampling and analysis of laboratory and plant samples

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED

• Attention to detail

• Effective communication skills

• Ability to work in a team and individually

• Ability to meet deadlines

• Computer literate

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE

• For work integrated students: S4 in Biotechnology or Microbiology

• Excellent Academic Record 60% average

SALARY: R 96,300.00 per annum

DURATION: Twelve (12) Months
