About the position
Individuals with IT certifications will qualify for this role. As a WinTel Support Engineer you will play a big role in managing the IT infrastructure, such as the software and hardware of a debt-collection company. You will maintain, manage and upgrade the systems as and when needed.
Candidates will qualify if they have certifications in Windows Server Fundamentals, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network and Azure Fundamentals.
We're looking for someone with strong understanding and experience working with the Windows Server as well as managing IIS, DNS and DHCP.
The ideal candidate should also have strong knowledge of Hyper-V, VPN and other networking concepts as well as be comfortable working in a company that is ever-evolving.
