About the position
A world-renowned 5-star Wine Estate is seeking a charismatic, knowledgeable, and guest-focused Tasting Ambassador to join our front-of-house wine team. As the face of our tasting room, you will guide guests through immersive, educational, and memorable wine experiences, showcasing the estate’s heritage, craftsmanship, and award-winning vintages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Host curated wine tastings and experiences for local and international guests with professionalism and passion.
- Share the estate’s story, winemaking philosophy, and product knowledge in an engaging, informative manner.
- Build strong guest relationships to drive wine sales, club memberships, and brand loyalty.
- Maintain a pristine, welcoming tasting environment in line with 5-star service standards.
- Process sales, manage stock, and handle daily tasting room operations.
- Support estate events, private tastings, and VIP experiences.
- Work closely with the hospitality and marketing teams to enhance guest offerings.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a guest-facing role within wine, luxury retail, or hospitality.
- Strong knowledge of wine – WSET certification or similar is highly desirable.
- Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills.
- A confident, polished, and service-oriented personality.
- Sales-driven mindset with a passion for customer engagement.
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and special events.
