Weighbridge clerk
To ensure that the weighbridge is run efficiently and accurately with minimal errors and disruptions.
Main responsibilities
Accurately weighing vehicles.
Correctly capture vehicle and supply information.
Create purchase orders.
Generate purchase orders for all deliveries
Responsible for payment to cash suppliers
Custodian of cash flow.
Daily reconciliation of cash payment and balances.
Queries handled quick and efficiently.
Treating suppliers with respect and dignity.
Effectively communicating with the suppliers.
