WELDER - MANUFACTURING & DISTRIBUTION SECTOR Our client, a leading manufacturing and distribution company, is seeking a skilled Welder to join their team, reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager. This role requires hands-on expertise in measuring and cutting materials to exact specifications, welding using appropriate equipment, and ensuring all work aligns with blueprint tolerances. The successful candidate will help maintain a safe, organised workshop environment and be available during critical breakdowns. To thrive in this role, you must be proactive, assertive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage time, prioritise tasks, and communicate effectively at all levels-including with middle management.
