About the position

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure tracks entering and leaving the site are recorded
• records weights and completing appropriate documents
• Ensure trucks are sent to the correct areas
• Ensure truck mass variances are reported to management
• Ensure masses collate with invoices
• Driving errands as needed
• Verify raw material and dry goods are transferred accurately as per requisitions
• Assist with ad hoc office duties for the inventory team as required
• Visitor and Contractor Access Control Management.
• Visitor and Contractor Orientation and Induction
• Assistance with perimeter and electrical fencing inspections.
• Weekly and Daily reports on security and weighbridge control concerns.
• Efficient and effective control of traffic in the property and the area controlling access from the public street.
• Documentation control and checklist for Gardening services and security Adhere to company quality and food safety rules and regulati
• Additional Ad hoc duties such as lubrication of machines etc

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Grade 12
• Minimum of 1 year weighbridge experience
• Code B drivers license
• Numeral and Literacy Skills
• Weighbridge software knowledge
• Computer skills and basic microsoft knowledge
• Weigbridge Operation and procedure knowledge
