About the position

What You'll Be Doing (aka Your Playground)

• Designing slick, modern, mobile-first WordPress sites (we're talking Elementor, Gutenberg, or full custom vibes)
• Integrating AI tools like ChatGPT, Jasper, Tidio, and content personalizers that make sites feel human
• Automating lead capture, chat flows, form routing, and basic CRM handoffs via tools like Zapier, Make, or native APIs
• Setting up AI-powered SEO, smart heatmaps, and conversion tracking that tells us what users are thinking before they do
• Building reusable themes and templates that are fast, sexy, and stupidly scalable
• Helping us craft AI-first client sites that look great and actually work to generate leads and revenue

Must-Have Skills (Don't Waste Your Time If You Don't Tick These Boxes):

• 3+ years in WordPress design & dev
• You eat HTML, CSS, JS, and a bit of PHP for breakfast
• Elementor, Gutenberg, WP Bakery, or whatever gets the job done
• AI tools: you've dabbled with or fully deployed things like ChatGPT, Jasper, Surfer SEO, Hotjar, or Botpress
• Beautiful design skills that would have driven Michelangelo wild
• Obsessed with UX - you know what makes users click, scroll, and convert
• You can debug a theme and break down an API without crying

Bonus Points For:

• You've worked with OpenAI APIs or integrated chatbots that actually do something
• You've got a design eye (Adobe XD / Figma / Canva)
• You've built WooCommerce stores or complex landing flows
• You know your way around data layers, events, and custom conversions
