You'll focus on servicing an established client base through regular portfolio reviews, income sustainability reporting and ongoing client engagement. The role involves maintaining strong client relationships, proposing tailored investment solutions, and ensuring all reviews and feedback are accurately captured on the CRM. You'll work with a broad range of investment products, manage administrative processes such as switches, withdrawals, transfers and fee renewals, and provide tax-related assistance. You'll also review client wills annually and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a seamless client experience.

You'll hold a completed Bachelor's degree and you are actively working towards a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning and CFP® designation, with RE5 completed. Strong knowledge of investment products, retirement planning, legislation and tax is essential, along with proven experience in client servicing within financial planning or wealth management. You need to be fluent in Afrikaans and have your own reliable transport.
