About the position

Have you found your groove in doing admin and support for Financial Planners?

Is this you?
You've worked in a support role supporting Financial Advisors but you're keen to make a change and take on more technical responsibilities as you settle in your new role and grow in the world of financial planning.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You will be responsible for processing new business and doing general administration tasks. This includes ensuring compliance with company policies, implementing client instructions for investments and insurance, communicating with clients, managing documentation, scheduling meetings, addressing client complaints, updating records, and completing fee forms promptly.

Where you'll be doing it
You'll be joining an independent Wealth Manager who is part of a large wealth management organisation. He is well established and focuses on managing an existing client base and not too much on new client acquisition. You will be office based from 08:00-16:00 in professional offices in Bedfordview and will be part of a team of 3 Administrators.

What you'll need
Experience is key, you need to have gained at least 5 years of working experience in financial planning with solod admin experience, you must love and enjoy doing admin but also be eager to learn the technical aspects of financial planning. To qualify for this opportunity you need to have Matric, a qualification is advantageous but not essential, you need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans and have your own reliable transport. You also need to be professional with exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal as you will be working directly with clients.
