Market-related
You're highly organised, detail-obsessed, and thrive in a client-centric environment where accuracy, discretion, and teamwork are the gold standard. You're the type who takes initiative, learns fast, and has a keen interest in financial products and systems. Fluent and confident when communicating with clients, you pride yourself on your ability to manage complex administrative tasks under tight deadlines, and your low tolerance for error means clients - and your team - know they can count on you.
You'll be the right hand to a Wealth Management Director, handling client onboarding, managing documentation, coordinating with internal teams and service providers, and ensuring compliance with FICA and FAIS standards. You'll compile detailed proposals, asset allocation reports, and financial needs analyses in collaboration with the paraplanning team, helping ensure an exceptional client experience. Your technical input and proactive approach will directly contribute to the success of client portfolios and the ongoing evolution of reporting tools and client service processes.
Our client is a respected financial services firm specialising in wealth management solutions for high-net-worth families and individuals. With a reputation for excellence, innovation, and a commitment to long-term client partnerships, this is a company where high standards and collaboration are part of the culture. Hybrid flexibility, professional growth, and a vibrant workplace await.
You'll need a related BComm or BBusSci degree, ideally paired with a Postgraduate Degree in Financial Planning and professional certifications like RE5. You'll bring 3-5 years' experience in a wealth management or financial planning environment, strong knowledge of FICA and FAIS, and advanced proficiency with MS Office, XPlan, and Morningstar Direct.
A collaborative and forward-thinking team, market-related salary, hybrid working, and the chance to build deep expertise in an environment that values precision and professional growth.
