If you said yes and you know what it takes to support and empower a Wealth Manager into making a success of their business, then we need you! You've got the admin skills with a can-do attitude and on top of this, you are passionate about financial planning.

What you'll be doing (and why you'll enjoy it)
You will support an established Wealth Manager with all the technical administration that needs to be done to best service clients. This includes assisting in the preparation of financial plans, risk analysis and recommendations to clients, proposal documents and application documents, statement/record of advice documentation, investment applications, transfers, and documents for client meetings as well as assist with portfolio reviews.

Where you'll be doing it
You'll be joining a small yet well established and highly successful independent wealth management firm that currently manages R1.4 billion. They provide customised financial planning services to their clients. You'll be office based daily in professional offices in Tygervalley Waterfront, Bellville and will be one of 4 employees in the business.

What you'll need
Yes, you'll be an all-rounder, so you need to have gained at least 3 years of experience doing the full administration and support process in financial planning. You need to have completed Matric and a diploma/degree in financial planning is highly advantageous. If you have gained experience working on Elite Wealth's financial planning software and you've dealt with NinetyOne/Investec products, you'll jump to the top of the list. You also need to be fluent in English and Afrikaans to enable you to deal directly with clients.
