About the position

• Assign duties to crew as per operational requirements and escalating to Management when there is a need for additional work instructions to be released
• Ensures all customer orders are waved and processed in order of priority
• Plan, schedule and monitor the work of various warehouse personnel to complete tasks which include replenishments, put aways, cycle counts, transfers and picking
• Ensure that there are no jobs at risk
• Ensure that all jobs are completed in the shift released
• Focus on multiple tasks on the wave screen
• Manage the warehouse floor space along with job requirements for the various functions
• Ensure safety standards are met
• Report daily on performance as required by Management
• Trouble shoot errors and escalate when needed
• Any lawful and reasonable instruction

About The Employer:

Responsible for creating the waves, allocating tasks, releasing work to warehouse floor, balancing operational flow according to capacity of staging area and MHE, and ensuring task turnaround times are within acceptable standards.
