About the position
Our client is looking for Warranty Sales Agents to join their High-Performance Sales Team!
Are you a results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in Term Warranty or Value Added Product sales? An established call centre based in the north of Johannesburg is looking for dynamic Warranty Sales Agents to join their fast-paced, target-focused outbound sales team. If you thrive on hitting targets, love high-energy environments, and bring at least 3 years of call centre experience (with 2 years in warranty or VAP sales), we want to hear from you! You must have Matric, be RE5 certified, and ideally hold an NQF4 in Short-term Insurance. We're seeking fluent communicators in English and at least one other official South African language. In this full-time, office-based role, you'll sell vehicle warranties and value-added products over the phone, exceed performance goals, and deliver top-tier customer service.
