As a result of an awarded major EPCM project in Namibia, the client is seeking a motivated Warehouse Supervisor to join on site project team on 6:2 roster
About the role
- Lead and manage daily warehouse operations with a strong focus on safety and efficiency
- Oversee inventory control, receiving, dispatch, and storage of materials
- Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure timely delivery and stock accuracy
- Implement and maintain warehouse procedures and systems to support project delivery
- Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
About you
- 5+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics supervision, preferably within industrial or project environments
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and foster a culture of accountability
- Strong understanding of inventory systems, warehouse management software, and logistics coordination
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
