Our client is looking for an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join their team in Bloemfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily warehouse activities, managing staff, maintaining stock accuracy and ensuring that warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing and dispatching of stock.
• Manage and support warehouse staff to ensure productivity, accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct stock counts and maintain accurate inventory records while ensuring a safe and organised working environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric.
• Previous experience in a warehouse supervisory role.
• Experience in stock control, inventory management and warehouse operations.
• Good computer skills and experience with warehouse or stock management systems.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage daily operational activities.
• Good communication, planning and organisational skills.

• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and stock accuracy.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
