Minimum Requirements
Matric
5+ years' experience in warehouse management / stock control
Strong understanding of stock management principles (FIFO, cycle counts, reconciliations)
Overview of position
Manage stock levels and FIFO in the warehouse.
Conduct daily and weekly cycle counts in accordance with company procedures.
Maintain stock levels.
Capture and reconcile full monthly stock counts, including scrap and rotation.
Ensure health and safety compliance within the warehouse.
Ensuring ongoing training and development of staff.
Address employee matters fairly and promptly.
Salary Bracket
Market-related and dependent on experience, qualifications, and current / previous salary package.
