We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys leading people, and takes pride in running a warehouse that's organised, efficient and always one step ahead.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead, coach and motivate warehouse teams to achieve daily operational targets.
- Plan, organise and oversee warehouse activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Ensure warehouse procedures, safety standards and quality processes are consistently followed.
- Monitor productivity and address operational challenges before they become problems.
- Conduct one-on-one meetings, return-to-work discussions and leave management.
- Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
- Handle people management and ensure fair, compliant IR processes are followed.
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management.
- Coordinate stock movements, warehouse layouts and storage optimisation.
- Compile reports and provide meaningful feedback to management.
- Drive a positive team culture built on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
RequirementsTechnical Skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Confidence learning ERP and warehouse management systems
- Good reporting and administrative abilities
What We're Looking For
You'll ideally have:
- A qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field (Spatial Planning is a bonus)
OR
- 1–3 years' experience supervising warehouse operations with proven results.
Bonus points if you've worked in:
- FMCG
- Cosmetics
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
