Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Warehouse or Supply Chain Management, preferably within an FMCG environment

At least 3 years’ proven managerial or people leadership experience

Strong knowledge of warehousing, distribution, and transportation processes

Hands-on experience with WMS and ERP systems

Solid understanding of inventory management, stock accuracy, and space optimisation

Experience managing operational and cost budgets

Working knowledge of health, safety, and compliance regulations (ISO experience advantageous)

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma
