Warehouse Manager

About the position

A well-established company in Germiston is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager.
Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar leadership role
• Experience managing warehouse staff and daily operations
• Strong knowledge of imports, receiving and dispatch processes
• Experience coordinating courier companies and outbound deliveries
• Proficient in B2B systems and Sage
• Strong inventory and stock control experience
• Excellent organisational, leadership and problem-solving skills
• Computer literate with strong reporting abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day warehouse operations
• Oversee receiving, dispatch and courier logistics
• Coordinate imported stock and ensure accurate receiving procedures
• Manage inventory, stock control and cycle counts
• Ensure accurate processing of goods on B2B and Sage
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks
• Ensure on-time order fulfilment and customer deliveries
• Maintain health and safety standards within the warehouse
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers and internal departments
• Prepare warehouse and inventory reports
• Continuously improve warehouse efficiency and processes
