About the position
Our client is looking for a Warehouse Manager to take full ownership of stock control, logistics, and warehouse operations for a fast-growing business based in Muizenberg. This is a critical role where you’ll be responsible for ensuring operational excellence across receiving, dispatch, stock accuracy, and team management.
Duties will include:
- Overseeing receiving and dispatch of all raw materials, packaging, and finished goods
- Ensuring 100% stock accuracy between physical stock and system records
- Managing daily logistics and order fulfilment to ensure all orders go out in full and on time
- Leading and developing a warehouse team, including supervisors and casual staff
- Running stock counts, cycle counts, and preparing for peak periods (e.g. sales events)
- Maintaining systems and workflows (ClickUp or similar) to keep operations running smoothly
- Overseeing warehouse equipment, vehicles, and facilities
- Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety standards
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager / Supervisor role within the Food and Beverage Sector
- Experience working on the Cin7 Invenory System (Essential)
- Strong understanding of stock control, inventory management, and logistics
- Experience managing teams and driving performance
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with systems and operational workflows
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to take ownership
- Drivers License and Own Transport (Essential)
