Job Title: Warehouse Manager - Strydom Park.
Salary: From R25,000 to R40,000 + negotiable depending on experience.

The organization operates within the power transmission sector in South Africa. They manufacture electromagnetic brakes and clutches for their business clients. They serve engineering businesses and heavy machinery manufacturers.

What You'll Be Doing

• Oversee all daily warehouse operations and monitor the staff performance.
• Manage the inventory levels using digital tracking software programs.
• Implement all health and safety protocols across the warehouse floors.
• Optimize the warehouse layout to improve the product picking speed.
• Coordinate with the logistics providers for the outbound product shipping.

Required Qualifications

• Hold a University Degree or Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain.
• Possess a Driver’s License and a Forklift Operator Certificate.

Required Experience

• Apply five years of experience managing industrial and technical warehouses.
• Implement automated inventory control systems for the entire business operation.
• Manage the multi-disciplinary warehouse teams during the daily stock operations.
• Reduce the operational costs and the business waste on site.
• Solve the logistics and the distribution bottlenecks for the company.
