About the position

DUR002099BH – Warehouse Controller

 Purpose of the job:
To achieve Warehouse efficiency,  including scheduling, receiving, storage, issuing and Materials Handling processes.

Required Qualifications 

  • Matric
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Valid Forklift License

Technical Competencies and responsibilities

  • Excellent at Maths/Counting
  • Stock allocations
  • Receiving & Issuing of stock
  • House keeping
  • Forklift driving/ loading etc
  • Maintain accurate records and information 
  • Process customer orders 
  • Adherence to customer stock control procedures 

 
Behavioural Competencies:

  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to set deadlines and achieve them.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong Literacy and numeracy
  • Strong computer knowledge including Excel skills.
