About the position
Hire Resolve’s Client is urgently looking for an experienced VOHE Superintendent to join their head office in Limpopo!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ventilation and occupational hygiene strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure legal and SHE compliance through policies, procedures, and Codes of Practice.
- Oversee risk management and emergency preparedness related to hygiene and ventilation.
- Manage equipment condition, construction planning, and budget control for ventilation systems.
- Identify training needs and ensure adherence to relevant legislation and standards.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Degree in Occupational Hygiene or related science at NQF Level 6
- COM Advanced Certificate in Mine Environmental Control
- 7 years practical experience in the Ventilation and Occupational Hygiene field or which at least 5 years should be in mining or concentrator plant.
