Job Summary
Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Consultant to provide advice and sell short-term insurance products to individual clients. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify insurance needs, grow a portfolio of clients, and deliver excellent customer service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell short-term personal lines insurance products.
- Provide professional insurance advice and suitable solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Review clients' insurance portfolios and recommend appropriate cover.
- Meet individual sales and growth targets.
- Ensure all work complies with FAIS and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, insurers, bankers, and other stakeholders.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a hybrid/virtual environment.
Minimum Requirements
- FSCA-approved qualification.
- RE5 (Regulatory Examination for Representatives).
- FAIS Fit and Proper compliant.
- Continuous Professional Development (CPD) up to date.
- Good standing with honesty and integrity requirements.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Short-Term Personal Lines Insurance Sales.
- Fluent in Afrikaans (essential).
