About the position

Purpose of the Role
As a Product Designer, you will lead multidisciplinary initiatives that align user needs, business goals, and technological possibilities. Your role goes beyond UX and UI execution, encompassing product strategy, scalable design practices, and AI-driven innovation. You will guide design teams, foster strong client relationships, and position design as a catalyst for measurable business outcomes. The role demands foresight to create sustainable, tangible solutions that can be tested, validated, and seamlessly embedded into daily experiences, ensuring both immediate impact and long-term value.





Key Responsibilities
Lead UX, UI, and interaction design work streams, ensuring high-quality outputs across multiple projects and platforms. Oversee multidisciplinary design teams and large-scale, multi-market design programmes integrating strategy, design, and technology.
Translate research insights into user stories, flows, and tangible design [URL Removed] product roadmaps, define scalable design practices, and embed human-centred design across teams and markets. Define and evolve design vision, embedding systematic practices across organisations. Present and justify design decisions, using storytelling to influence stakeholders and clients. Shape client relationships, aligning design with business goals and measurable outcomes. Act as a strategic partner to senior executives, positioning design as a driver of business transformation. Apply and evolve design systems to ensure accessibility, consistency, and scalability. Implement governance models, design operations, and AI-enabled workflows. Champion design innovation at scale, driving AI adoption and identifying growth opportunities. Mentor and coach designers on craft, process, and stakeholder engagement. Build and grow design capability, culture, and talent pipelines across the organisation.



Requirements

• 7+ years in UX, UI, and product design, ideally in consultancy or digital product environments.
  
• Tertiary qualification in Design, HCI, or a related field.
  
• Proven ability to lead teams, scale systematic design practices, and embed efficient workflows.
  
• Strong expertise in Figma, prototyping software, and the MS Office suite, with knowledge of AI-assisted design technologies.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of branding, marketing, data, social media, business analysis, and development.
  
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both craft-level design and systems-level thinking.
  
• Excellent facilitation, storytelling, and influencing skills for senior stakeholders.
  
• Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain organisational efficiency.
  
• Empathetic, collaborative, proactive, and positive mindset, with a willingness to be challenged and continuously grow.
