About the position

WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?



Core Role tasks and responsibilities

• Gathering data and performing user analysis of Group South Africa platforms


• Prototyping the customer journey on Group South Africa platforms


• Transforming user research and insights into intuitive designs


• Ensuring a good user experience on mobile, desktop and across all browsers


• Work together with developers and business to create quality end products


• Continuous improvement and enhancements of digital platforms and features

Minimum Requirements:

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:



Technical Skills / Technology

• Ability to interpret and translate Corporate Identity Guides into digital platform designs


• Ability to adapt mobile designs to desktop and vice versa


• Extensive knowledge of design principles and latest UX best practice


• Ability to conduct competitor reviews and user testing


• Ability to compile and analyse research findings


•  Advanced working knowledge of Figma


• Ability to create and edit high fidelity prototypes based on feedback


• Ability to work with front-end developers and business to ensure quality end products

IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications / years of experience

• 3+ Years of Experience
