UX Designer (SaaS/B2B experience)

About the position

ENVIRONMENT:

YOUR keen eye for beautiful digital aesthetics is sought by a cutting-edge Finance Platform to fill the role of its next UX Designer. You will help shape intuitive, elegant, and efficient user experiences for a Procurement Marketplace platform. You'll play a key role in improving how enterprise buyers and suppliers interact—from sourcing and bidding to order tracking and supplier management. In this role, you'll work closely with Product Managers, Developers, and other Designers to research user needs, create wireframes and prototypes, and design features that are as functional as they are delightful. Applicants will need 3+ years work experience in UX design - preferably for SaaS or B2B platforms with proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD & InVision. A portfolio showcasing UX case studies, interaction flows, and design systems will be expected.

DUTIES:

• Design user-centered experiences for Procurement workflows, including supplier discovery, RFQ creation, bidding, and purchasing.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to understand user needs and translate them into intuitive, efficient UX flows.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and iterate quickly.
• Develop wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas.
• Design and maintain a scalable design system for consistency across the platform.
• Advocate for the user in every stage of product development.
• Ensure that designs align with technical constraints and business goals.
• Collaborate with Frontend Developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
• Continuously gather feedback from users and stakeholders to refine designs and improve usability.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ Years of experience in UX design, preferably for SaaS or B2B platforms.
• Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies, interaction flows, and design systems.
• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision).
• Solid understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and data-informed design.

Advantageous -

• Experience designing for complex workflows or enterprise software is a plus.
• Familiarity with Frontend technologies (HTML/CSS/React).
• Experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Marketplace platforms.
• Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design.
• Experience working in agile product development teams.
• Familiarity with Lean UX, Design Thinking, or Jobs-to-be-Done frameworks.
