What you will be doing:
- Assist in the design and enhancement of websites and web-based applications with a focus on usability.
- Analyse user interactions to identify usability issues and areas for improvement in the user experience.
- Create and develop various layout concepts and graphic assets.
- Write concise and engaging copy for website content.
- Work collaboratively with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Gain hands-on experience with platforms such as WordPress and Ceros.
What our client is looking for:
- A relevant tertiary degree (Graphic Design, Instructional Designing, Learning Experience Design, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage time effectively and stay organized in dynamic environments.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with working knowledge of Adobe tools.
- Dedicated to delivering outstanding customer service with a client-focused approach.
Work Type:
- Hybrid with 3 days in their Cape Town or Centurion office
