About the position
We are looking for an experienced and creative UX Designer to help shape exceptional digital experiences that delight users and drive business results. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, user-centered designs across all digital touchpoints, playing a critical role in the design and delivery of innovative products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct heuristic evaluations of digital products to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience.
- Define user-centered design principles and contribute to the creation of a cohesive digital style guide.
- Design wireframes, user flows, and interaction models for multiple MVPs with a focus on usability and intuitive navigation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—product, engineering, research, and business—to ensure alignment and feasibility of design solutions.
- Support usability testing, gather insights, and iterate designs based on real user feedback.
- Coach and empower teams in the principles and practices of UX design.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our brand, products, and services to ensure design consistency across the digital ecosystem.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of human-centered design and design thinking methodologies.
- Proven experience designing consumer-facing digital experiences that are both engaging and effective.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design decision-making.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.
Experience Level:
- Band 8 (9–12 years of experience as a UX Designer or in a similar role)
