About the position

Our Client who is in the utilities / metering services sector is looking for a Client Success Lead to manage & grow the Clients' portfolio
Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12, tertiary qualification (BCom) advantageous
  • Five years of experience in the utility industry will be advantageous
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with intermediate to advance Excel

Responsibilities

  • Client retention & growth through additional services or more buildings
  • Drive operational outcomes to exceed client expectations
  • Build a professional relationship with the Clients’ key Stakeholders in conjunction with the Client Success Lead
  • Maintain master client contact list
  • Attend monthly utility meetings & take minutes and distribute agendas before and after meetings
  • Attend ad hoc meetings with the Landlord, Tenants, Utility Consultants and various Workshops
  • Engage with the client to determine requirements & present a full scope of solution, services and technologies
  • Monthly billing approval & manage the billing process
  • Quality control
  • Ensure that the billing processed by the respective Utility Administrators
  • Report on all recoveries and building related issues
  • Attend to all Tenant queries
  • Oversee all filed services and site work related issues, this includes full process for job cards, quotes, and installations
  • Handle all escalated and higher impact queries
  • Assist Client with resolving issues related to recovery ratios and elevated expenses
  • Budgets and accruals, facilitate process vis the utility related financial management services
  • Oversee any portfolio clean-up activities
  • Global reporting of Client portfolio performance
  • Internal staff management (Utility administrators)
  • Where applicable, Council account approvals
