A leading multi-franchise dealership in Kimberley is urgently seeking a Used Vehicle Sales Manager to drive results, lead a motivated team, and take full ownership of pre-owned sales operations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the used vehicle department
- Lead, coach and support a high-performing sales team
- Drive unit sales, revenue, and profitability targets
- Oversee vehicle sourcing, trade-ins, and accurate stock valuation
- Monitor stock levels and manage reconditioning processes
- Ensure high standards of customer service and dealership presentation
- Collaborate with finance and marketing teams on campaigns and lead generation
- Analyse performance metrics and implement improvements
- Maintain compliance with industry and dealership standards

What we are looking for
- Minimum 3-5 years of used vehicle sales management experience
- Proven success in leading teams and achieving sales targets
- Deep understanding of trade-ins, pricing strategies and used car market trends
- Valid South African driver's license
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with dealership systems (e.g. Autoline, Kerridge)
