Used vehicle sales manager at Kia Empangeni

About the position

Kia Empangeni is looking for an energetic and ambitious individual to take charge of its used vehicle operation. The qualifying candidate will be responsible for the daily management of the used vehicle department, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:

• Ensuring profit and volume targets are met
• Daily management of the sales team and sales activities, including recruitment and training.
• Inventory management - Recondition, acquisition etc.
• Departmental expense control
• Advertising and marketing
• Departmental recruitment
• Debtors control
• Departmental administration

The ideal candidate must reside in the Empangeni / Richards Bay area. A minimum of 5 years vehicle sales experience is required and a minimum of 2 years vehicle sales management experience will be advantageous. Must be well groomed, well spoken, must understand and read the used vehicle market and customer behaviour, must be well versed at advertising and marketing, must have solid financial and administrative knowlledge and skills.
