A leading private healthcare facility in Gauteng is looking for an experienced and driven Trauma Unit Manager to lead and manage their high-performing trauma and emergency department. Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Nursing from a recognised institution.
• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Professional Nurse.
• Post-basic qualification in Trauma/Emergency Nursing (essential).
• Minimum of 3-5 years' clinical experience in a Trauma or Emergency Unit.
• Proven leadership and management experience within a hospital environment.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills, especially in high-pressure situations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and develop nursing staff.
