About the position
A leading private hospital in Gauteng is seeking an experienced and dedicated Unit Manager to oversee their Theatre Unit. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to join a high-acuity environment and manage a skilled team committed to excellence in theatre care.
Requirements:
- SANC Registered
- Degree/Diploma in Nursing
- Post Basic Qualification in Theatre Nursing
- Minimum 5 years' theatre nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership/management role
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
