About the position
Our client, a respected leader in the healthcare sector, is seeking a compassionate and experienced nurse leader with a strong passion for neonatal and paediatric care. If you have a solid clinical foundation and the ability to lead and support your team through complex, high-pressure situations, we'd love to hear from you.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- SANC Registered
- Postgraduate Qualification in Neonatal ICU and Paediatrics (advantageous)
- 3 - 5 years' experience in NNICU/Paediatric units
- Previous shift-leading or unit management experience
