About the position
Our client, a private hospital in Limpopo is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to oversee their Maternity and NICU units. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong clinical and managerial experience.
Requirements:
- SANC registration as a Professional Nurse
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing
- Diploma in Midwifery or Diploma in Midwifery and Neonatal Nursing Science
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in shift-leading or unit supervision
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Midwifery
- Experience managing small teams (the hospital has 12 beds and 10 midwives)
- Willingness to participate in NICU and management training programs
- Strong leadership, organisational, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and team development
