About the position
A dual-speciality leadership role in Johannesburg for a clinically strong Nurse Manager to oversee both Maternity and Paediatric services, ensuring exceptional patient care, operational efficiency, and team performance within a busy hospital setting.
Requirements:Top of Form
- SANC registered.
- A diploma or degree in Nursing.
- A post basic qualification in Maternity and/or Paediatrics.
- Strong managerial experience within a healthcare environment is essential.
- Proven clinical experience in both maternity and paediatric nursing.
- Able to lead and coordinate multidisciplinary teams, within a high-pressure environment.
- A sound understanding of patient care standards, unit operations, and clinical governance.
