About the position
A prominent private hospital in KwaZulu-Natal is seeking a dedicated ICU Unit Manager. This position is ideal for an experienced critical care leader with a strong focus on clinical governance, staff development, and patient outcomes.
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse with SANC
- Post basic qualification in Critical Care (ICU)
- Diploma/Degree in Nursing Management advantageous
- 3-5 years' ICU experience, including leadership responsibilities
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Ability to manage unit performance and quality standards
