Unit Manager - Emergency

Our client, a respected name in private healthcare, is seeking an experienced and driven Unit Manager to lead the Emergency Department of their hospital in Harrismith. This is a vital leadership role focused on delivering high-quality patient care, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting clinical excellence in a high-pressure environment.

Requirements:

• SANC Registered
• Degree/Diploma in Nursing
• Post Graduate Diploma in Emergency Nursing
• Relevant experience in Emergency or Casualty units required
• Clinical leadership experience required; 3+ years in a managerial role advantageous
• Intermediate computer proficiency
• Knowledge of billing processes and procedures
• Stock management experience essential; SAP experience beneficial
• Strong organisational, leadership, and communication skills
