About the position
A well-established financial services organisation is looking for an Underwriting & Claims Assistant to join their team and provide efficient administrative and operational support across underwriting and claims processes.

? Grade 12 / Matric.
?Relevant qualification in Insurance, Risk Management, Finance or a related field would be advantageous.
? Previous experience in short-term insurance, underwriting, claims or financial services is preferred.
? Strong administrative and organisational skills.
? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
? Good written and verbal communication skills.
? Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
? Strong computer literacy, particularly Microsoft Office.
? Ability to handle confidential information professionally.
? Strong client-service and interpersonal skills
