About the position
A well-established business is seeking to appoint a Underwriter (12 months - FTC)
Underwrite and administer insurance policies in line with the company’s underwriting philosophy and guidelines.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- Commercial Business Degree
- 5-8 years Life and/or short-term insurance underwriting experience
- 5-8 years Insurance operating system experience
Critical Competencies:
- Underwriting and administration
- Maintenance of policies in an operating system
- Quality Assurance
- Good underwriting principles
